The Commission Process

 

  • Initial Consultation: Begin by either dropping into the Studio for an informal conversation or emailing Studio 3 Art at caroline@studio3art.co.uk to discuss your vision, preferences, and any specific requirements. Share details such as size, colour palette, and style.
  • Concept Development: Based on your input, Studio 3 Art may create a preliminary concept or sketch. This stage allows for adjustments and ensures the final piece aligns with your expectations.
  • Approval and Agreement: Once you are satisfied with the concept, Studio 3 Art will provide a quote and timeline for completion. Upon your approval, a deposit will be required to secure the commission.
  • Creation: The artist will begin work on your commissioned piece, keeping you updated on progress and seeking your feedback if necessary.
  • Completion and Delivery: Once the artwork is complete, Studio 3 Art will arrange for delivery or collection. The final payment will be due upon completion.
