Refund and Returns Policy

Returns on Damaged Artwork

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged artwork, please contact us at caroline@studio3art.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include pictures of the damage for our review. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition free of charge.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Your contact number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence such as pictures, tracking numbers, etc.


We will respond within 48 business hours with further instructions or a resolution. We take your privacy seriously and reserve the right to refuse disclosure of any information to unverified accounts. Please note that for claims due to factors outside our control, shipping fees will be your responsibility.

If we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).


Order not Received

If you did not receive your order within the expected timeframe, you can:

  • Reach out to us at caroline@studio3art.co.uk for close monitoring of the order status. We will proactively send you updates via email.

  • For shipping-related concerns, we can assist in coordinating with the carrier. If the tracking status shows “delivered” but the parcel is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier directly.

 

Order Cancellation

All orders are made to order. Once production has begun, we are unable to change or cancel the order. However, we understand that mistakes happen, so we offer a short window for cancellations:

  • Within 2 hours of placing your order: We will try our best to cancel the order and provide a full refund, including shipping fees.

  • After 2 hours of placing your order: We are unable to refund the items.

 

Change Requests

Shipping Information: If you need to change your name, address, or other delivery details, please contact caroline@studio3art.co.uk within 12 hours of placing your order. We will handle your request based on the following conditions:

  • Before the item has been shipped: We will process the request with the fulfilment or shipping team to update the shipping label.

  • After the item has been shipped: Parcels cannot be intercepted for changes. Change requests may still be possible but may incur charges depending on the carrier used. All fees associated with the request will be your responsibility.


Artwork: If you wish to change your artwork selection, please contact caroline@studio3art.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. We will handle your request based on the following conditions:

  • Before the item has been made: We will process the request with the printer to update your order. If possible, we will accommodate the change.

  • After the item has been made: We are unable to change your item as they are all made to order.
